Quick facts - When an order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.

Occasionally additional validation may be required for some orders which can delay delivery.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address.

When ordering through this site you will be guided through all the required information we need to process your order. Once you have completed your order, we will notify you of your purchase using the email you provide us. This email address will also be used to send you order status updates. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account here All electronic communication will be made using this email address so please ensure you update your email address if this changes so we can contact you in relation to any purchases. When completing an order, you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale. Your statutory rights apply on all purchases.


For your security we accept payments via STRIPE and PayPal where all data is transmitted encrypted via a secure TLS connection.
Prices are correct at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown within this site include taxes  (displayed at checkout), if you are VAT registered and would like to purchase using your VAT number or if you have any other questions for us you can contact the SaxSeat team at sales@saxseat.com.  We may from time to time offer promotions through this site in addition to offering promotions via our carefully selected partners. Any promotions do not affect your statutory rights. Promotions may be available for a limited time. 


The cost of your shipping will be calculated based on the products you order. You will be advised on the cost of shipping before your order is confirmed, we use a number of partners for our shipping however our preferred and most used method is DHL.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the goods that you purchased are not delivered in perfect condition, please return them with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange for an exchange or refund, subject to availability. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
SaxSeat quality control department will check the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, and any delivery charges that were charged at the time of your order. We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. No refund or exchange will be offered on products that you return to us incomplete, damaged or soiled. 

It is the responsibility of the user to update the information we store. All communications will be made using the information that you have provided so it is important to update your details if any of them have changed. To update your details please log into your account using your username and password and click on the relevant links to your personal information in order make changes. We cannot be held responsible for communications being missed or lost if your details are not kept up to date. If you are concerned about your account details being out of date or potentially visible by other parties please contact us.

We may need to make your data available to third parties as we work with distribution partners.  As we take payments via STRIPE and PayPal we do not store your card details following a purchase within this or any of our partners sites.
